Privacy policy

What data the site handles.

Effective July 11, 2026. This policy explains the limited information processed when you browse New Game Terms, submit a comment, or contact the editorial team.

Information collected

  • Basic usage data such as page views, referrers, device type, and country may be measured through Plausible Analytics without cross-site advertising profiles.
  • A submitted comment includes the display name, comment text, page path, and submission time.
  • An email you send includes the address and information you choose to provide.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the site, understand aggregate readership, moderate comments, answer messages, correct guides, prevent abuse, and maintain security. It is not sold.

Service providers and retention

The site may use Cloudflare for hosting, security, and comment storage, and Plausible for privacy-focused analytics. These providers process limited data under their own terms. Pending or rejected comments may be retained for moderation and abuse prevention; published comments may remain until removed. Emails are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain reasonable records.

Cookies and external links

The public site does not intentionally use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Infrastructure providers may process technical request data for security. Links to game publishers, platforms, or other sites are governed by those sites policies.

Your choices

Do not submit passwords, account tokens, payment details, or other sensitive information. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email [email protected] and identify the relevant comment or message.

Policy changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
